I have limited daily capacity to focus on giving you the best treatment I can.

This approach create's flexibility for my clients in the times they are able to book.

Meaning I offer evening's and some weekend appointments...Whilst still allowing time for myself and my family (practice what you preach!)

9 years ago today I attended Breakthro's very first event debuting my therapy skill set.

Today I attended another of their very successful events...

From the main head quarters in Nantgaredig showcasing approx 12 stalls to selling out at Carmarthen Showground multiple times a year. I feel both privileged that I was given an opportunity to grow my therapist skill set and proud to support their charity.

Its another fab day at the Big Welsh Festival of Wellbeing.
