Both Anxiety Support Wales CIC and The Anxiety Hwb will be closed between 20th December until 5th January. 🎅🏽 ⭐

We fully appreciate this is a difficult time for many so we have added a few numbers who are open Christmas Day if you are seeking support.

In the new year our drop in services and support activities with The Anxiety Hwb will reopen and counselling services within Anxiety Support Wales CIC and support services will resume.

Remember to be kind this Christmas, it isn’t joyous for everyone ❤️at both ASW and The Anxiety Hwb we want to thank everyone for their continued support in 2025. Xx
