Hi everyone! So the sunny 2023 season will soon beupon us. I'm going to be scheduling a series of Sup Yoga Bring Your Own Board sessions next week! They will be held on weekend mornings throughout the summer at Coed Gwilym Parc in Clydach.

I'm thinking of organising a Sup Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat Day, including paddleboarding, yoga, vegan lunch, meditation and restorative yoga in the afternoon. Please give me a thumbs up if this is something you might be interested in attending!

The Autumn is providing a lovely backdrop for SUP Yoga this year! We enjoyed two fantastic sessions last week. The next session is on Sunday, October 31 if you'd like to join! It's for people with their own boards, wetsuits or wetsuit leggings at least advised, as the weather gets colder. Only 6 places available.

Just a little message to say that I'm not running any sessions at the moment, because I'm in the process of opening a new plant-based coffee bar in Swansea - within The SUP Hut on Francis Street! We hope to open our doors for business during the second half of June, so look forward to seeing some of you for a coffee and a browse at all the lovely SUPs and accessories we have :)
