Big well done to my client Sophie Gregory on fantastic progress over the last 6 months. She’s lost 23lb(1st 9lbs) on the scales, 2 clothes sizes and her strength and fitness levels have increased massively since she started. She’s been super consistent with her training(2x per week) and hasn’t missed a single session in 6 months. She’s also nailed her daily step goal of 10,000 without fail and she’s followed a sensible eating approach by trying to limit processed food in her diet while focusing on whole foods.

Big well done Ceriann Lewis on her 18lb weight loss. This was achieved by a 500 calorie deficit made up of a high protein, mostly unprocessed diet with a bit of cake thrown in once in a while😉. We took her calories from 2100 to 1600, an amount that is sustainable over a long period of time with no crash dieting involved. Training wise, she’s got progressively stronger in the gym to make sure the weight loss has come from her fat stores and not her muscle mass. Cerian also does cardio training outside of her sessions with me, ensuring she has a steady turn over of calories which has made the fat loss that little bit easier.

Great results from Ian Davies after a block of training. He’s the same weight in both photos but he’s added a lot of muscle mass and reduced body fat. This was achieved with two full body strength sessions twice per week and eating a high protein, minimally processed diet.
