****JOB VACANCY****

An opportunity has arisen for a part time 10 hour Receptionist at Oaktree Parc Clinic. This will be two 5 hour shifts a week, one morning and one afternoon.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, individual to join our team.
Applicants will be required to cover all aspects of reception duties and have excellent customer skills. Must be able to assist with reception/admin duties including filing.
IT experience preferred but not essential.
To receive/assist and support clients in accessing the appropriate service in a courteous and efficient manner.
To support the Practitioners and project a positive and friendly image to clients.
To arrange appointments with clients via the electronic booking system, telephone or in person.
Applicants must be available to cover for holidays/sickness etc. When required and demonstrate flexibility in the role.
Other duties include:
Cleanliness of clinic/ reception areas ensuring it is well presented, clean and tidy.
Applicants must ensure confidentiality is practiced at all times.
