What started as a simple idea - to create a quiet space to switch off and reconnect with nature has finally come to life.

Tucked away in the beautiful Gower Peninsula, our cosy handcrafted wood-fired sauna is a small space with big heat and even bigger calm.

It’s private, peaceful and perfect for up to four people, with a cold shower just outside for that refreshing plunge.
