Swansea Mind’s Supported Self Help service is here for you. Whether you’re new to mental health support or already know what works for you, this free, early-intervention service is tailored to help you take back control at your own pace.
🧠💬 This isn’t counselling, it’s a guided, empowering approach that helps you build real, lasting strategies to manage anxiety, low mood, stress, and low self-esteem. With the help of a trained practitioner, you’ll access structured resources and have regular support sessions (usually over the phone or online) to:
