No yoga Monday in The Temple of Light in Ystradgynlais as its Bank holiday. If you've missed your yoga you can pop in to one of my other classes in ystradowen on Tuesday class starts at 7pm or Thursday in The Temple of light in ystradgynlais class starts at 7pm. Have a good weekend All XX
