Hi, I'm Sarah Todhunter of Swansea Reflexology, a professional clinical reflexologist practicing in the Swansea, Gower and South Wales areas.
I trained with Inspira Academy and was awarded the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology (CRM5) which is currently the highest level of reflexology training in the UK and is seen as the Gold Standard in professional reflexology.
I am also trained in Reproductive Reflexology and a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists which allows me support my clients with the best care possible through their natural and assisted fertility journeys.
I use the Duopody technique which works both feet simultaneously, this is a powerful technique and has been shown to be more effective than working the feet individually.
Reflexology is a wonderful treatment and provides the space for deep relaxation, self healing and restoration of your body's natural rhythms and has been found helpful with:
