Looks like Ricky Hatton committed su***de. So sad 🥺 those around him said they didn't know he wasn't happy, he'd got a comeback fight soon, he was a good Dad and Grandad but none of it makes any difference if your mind gets a hold of you.

Money, fame, celebrity status are things a lot of people chase, but when you have them it doesn't lift the darkness like people imagine it would.

Left a heartbroken family behind him and 1000s of fans without a down to earth hero to look up to.

RIP Ricky, you'll be missed more than you (obviously) realised

Do you need some help with something like stress, anxiety, depression or anything similar but the thought of hypnosis puts you off?

Despite my business name I do all kinds of other therapy and you don't have to have hypnosis if you really don't want it.

Depression kills.

But it doesnt have to.

Chances are that either you or someone you know will have suffered from depression at some point in their life. Studies show 1 in 6 people have suffered and women are twice as likely to have depression than men!

Depression affects everyone in the affected persons family, it can be hard to watch a loved one suffer and in that respect it then 'spreads' to others. Theres not many areas of life that arent affected by depression, work, emotional, family. Sufferers will know how bad this problem can be.

Medication is supposed to help but it can make things worse - for most people its defintely not a cure, its just putting a plaster over a wound.

More and more young people are suffering with depression too, how sad is that.

Im posting this as i recently helped a gentleman who had had deprression for over 20 years, within a few sessions he was a much happier version of himself. So if you know someone who might benefit from some professional help, please share this post or pass it on to them and lets get this problem dealt with better.
