It is with much regret that I have taken the difficult decision to stop practicing massage therapy with immediate effect. Sadly, balancing this in the evenings alongside a full time job is catching up with me and getting harder to maintain.

I would like to thank every single person who has supported me on my journey over the last 3 years and if I have managed to get just one of you out of pain, it has all been worth it!

For ongoing treatments, I can strongly recommend my colleagues and friends Tamara Howard - Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist , elysia.sports.therapy and Clare Goringe Massage Therapy . All are fantastic at what they do and lovely people who I am sure will be able to help you going forward.

Don't envy a man his medals, all those ribbons on his chest,
He did not try to get them, they're not there at his request,
They were earned in stinking hell holes, where no man would like to go,
Or in cold and wintry places, where there's only ice and snow.

He did not know he earned them, till they were awarded at parade,
They were bright when he first got them, but in time the colours fade,
He was told he had to wear them, and to wear them all with pride,
But when the memories come to haunt him, those same medals make him hide.

Cause those medals will not bring back, all those guys he left behind,

🌹 will soon be upon us once more. A time for reflection of the sacrifices made by both military and civilian personnel and animals across the world in the face of conflict.

As a small gesture, I will donate 10% of all treatment costs to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal for the whole of next week.

Additionally, I will offer £10 off all sessions booked with me for Friday 11th November. Remember, all serving personnel and veterans get 10% off all treatments anyway, so please share with your military colleagues!

As we come to the end of October, it is nearly time to do the draw for the free Ultimate Relaxation Session! This is a wonderful treatment that incorporates massage, hot stones and reiki into a single, relaxing treatment!

We are working with the University of Bath on an important research study looking into knee osteoarthritis.

We’re looking for adults aged between 45-69 years old who are
diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis to take part in a research project employing gait retraining to reduce knee pain and osteoarthritis progression.

What is involved?
- Body measurement and knee questionnaire
- Instrumented treadmill walking retraining
- Overground walking, stair climbing and sit-to-stand assessment

Fantastic feedback from a client I saw last week with shoulder pain which was radiating into the elbow. It's amazing the results you can get from just one session!

Good evening!

I am a Level 4 sports massage therapist who is fully insured and affiliated to the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). As well as sports massage, I also offer;

I have availability in the evenings as well as through the day, so I make myself available as much as I can to those people who cannot access this service through the day.
