The out of office is now on at the clinic and it will reopen upon my return on Monday 11th August 2025.

I’m taking this time to relax, explore and have fun with my wife and children without distraction.

Today is Firefighter Memorial Day 🔥

This day honours the sacrifice of firefighters who have lost their lives in the line of duty, acknowledging the courage and dedication of generations of firefighters, including those who serve the communities they live and work in today.

You may not know that Clear Ear Healthcare owner Martyn is also an operational Firefighter.

On the 12th May, he will be joining his colleague Firefighter Foley in running across the County of Berkshire to all 12 of the wholetime Fire Stations under 12 hours of running time.

This ultramarathon will cover a minimum of 52 miles/83 km and all in aid of The Firefighter Charity. A charity that has helped and continues to help so many of the Fire Service family across the UK from physiological injuries, phycological injuries and more.

All and any donations will be greatly received towards this fantastic charity and one all in the Fire Service community rely on in different ways, Martyn included after a recent serious injury.
