Just wrapped up an amazing weekend on the Paeds in Motion course with the brilliant Mike Marinus 🙌🏼

So much inspiration and learning about supporting little ones through movement and development. 👶🏼

I honestly cannot wait to bring this new knowledge and skill back into clinic and start helping even more families 🍼✨

From Monday 11th August, our Swindon clinic will be relocating to a brand new space at:

Studio Air Pilates & Aerial Art
📍 102 Rivermead Drive, Westlea, Swindon, SN5 7UY

🕒 Opening Hours (Swindon):
Monday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

📍 I’ll still be treating clients at Equilibrium Clinic, Woodborough on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Although there are still a few boxes scattered around 📦, I’m so excited to turn this space into our new clinic home. Follow along to see the transformation unfold! I cannot wait to welcome you into our new space! Same expert care, fresh new setting 💆🏻‍♀️✨

Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible, strong, and inspiring women out there! ✨ Today, I’m celebrating the absolute powerhouses in my life—mentors, family, friends, and, of course, my amazing netball team. 🏐💪

To my teammates (who, of course, are pictured in the pub 🍻—because life is all about balance, haha), you are the most supportive, uplifting, and downright fabulous bunch. 💖
