✨ Self-care kind of day! ✂️ Started with a fresh haircut this morning, popped home for lunch and a walk with Stitch 🐾, then off for some new nails this afternoon 💅. Tempted by festive designs… but maybe it’s still a bit early for Christmas sparkle? What do you think ? 🎄😉

Looking to up the filling power of your meals? Wholewheat versions of pasta, noodles, bread and rice have more fibre than white versions AND up to 70% more nutrients. If you’re new to wholewheat, try mixing 50:50 white and wholewheat pasta (just allow a bit of extra cooking time).
