On Wednesday 24 Sept 2025, charity LimbPower is bringing you a whole day of FREE online exercise classes designed for people with an amputation or limb difference.
These sessions are adapted to different needs and impairment levels — so you can pick the classes that work best for YOU. Whether you want to dance, stretch, get your heart rate up, or relax, there’s a session for every body.
