You don’t need a full reset 💕
You need one small thing you can do today and then repeat tomorrow.

Your brain changes through repetition, not perfection 🫶

What’s one small step you’ll take today?

Save this as your reminder for the week ahead 💛

🌿 A calm, safe space for your mind 🌿

This is my therapy room.
A quiet, welcoming space where adults, children and young people come when life feels overwhelming.

I’m Ami, a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and TFT practitioner based in Wanborough, Swindon. I support:

✨ Adults who feel anxious, stuck, overwhelmed or lacking confidence
✨ Children and young people struggling with worries, big emotions, school anxiety or low self esteem

My work is solution focused, gentle and practical.
We don’t spend weeks digging into the past.
Instead, we focus on calming the nervous system, understanding the brain, and building tools that actually help day to day.

Many people come to me saying:
• “My anxiety is taking over”
• “I don’t feel like myself anymore”
• “My child is struggling and I don’t know how to help”

You don’t have to manage it alone.

I offer a FREE discovery call to see if I’m the right fit for you or your child, with face to face and online sessions available.

Ever wonder why you can’t think straight when stressed? 😵‍💫

This isn’t a you problem.
It’s a nervous system problem.
Hypnotherapy helps your brain feel safe again so change can happen naturally 💕

Comment STRESS if this makes sense 🙌

A reminder you might need today 💕

Your brain learned these patterns for a reason.
With the right support, it can learn new ones too.

Save this if it resonates 💕

January 1st doesn’t need a full reset or a five-year plan.

Most people don’t need more motivation.
They need space to breathe, settle, and feel safe again 💕

If this year is about calm, clarity, and doing things differently, start there. With how you want to feel, not what you think you should fix.

You’re allowed to enter this year gently.
The rest can unfold in time.

2025, what a year 🤍

So many moments I will never forget.

Trips to Belfast, Dublin, Wales, Bordeaux, Spain, Bournemouth, Centre Parcs and Corfu ✈️
Wine tasting days 🍷
Henley on Thames and the Royal Regatta vibes 🚣‍♀️
And lots of fun, quiet, wholesome moments in between.

Alongside all of that, something really special has been growing.

This year I built my beautiful new therapy pod 🏡
A space created with so much intention, where I’ll be able to support and help so many people as this work continues to grow.

I’ve also been quietly working away on my book ✍️
A project very close to my heart, brought to life with the incredible illustrations and creativity of Evelynmarshillustration, who has helped shape it into something truly special.

I’m so excited to start sharing more, with the release date coming soon, so keep an eye out 👀✨

Feeling grateful, grounded, and excited for what’s ahead.
Here’s to growth that feels good, not rushed 🌱

Anyone else spending the gap between Christmas and New Year eating junk? 🤣🐷

Before anyone panics or makes a “fresh start” plan, this actually makes sense.

Your routine’s gone.
Your nervous system’s tired.
Comfort is easy and familiar right now.

This isn’t failure. It’s decompression 💕

If January is about feeling calmer and more in control, not punishing yourself for December, support helps.

And no, it doesn’t start with giving up snacks 🙌

I know that Christmas and the end of the year are often painted as times of togetherness, joy, and love. But honestly, they aren’t like that for everyone. For some people, these dates bring back difficult memories; for others, they are a reminder of what they don’t have—the “perfect family” that movies and commercials try to sell us.

And that’s okay. Not everyone sees the 24th and the 31st as something special. Some people simply prefer to stay home alone, without pretending to smile, without forcing hugs, or feeling uncomfortable at gatherings where warmth and connection were lost long ago. And that is valid too. Let’s normalize being alone at Christmas and New Year’s. Not all of us have a close, united family, and that doesn’t make us any less.

These dates shouldn’t be an emotional burden or a social obligation. If you choose to stay home watching your favorite series, reading a book, or simply enjoying your own quiet space, that is also a way of celebrating.

Do what feels right for you, because the only thing that truly matters during these dates—and on any day of the year—is that you feel at peace with your decisions and with your life.

Most people rush into January with goals built on guilt.

“I should be more motivated.”
“I should cope better.”
“I should be less anxious.”

Real change starts somewhere else.

It starts with noticing patterns, not judging them.
With understanding how your brain and body respond to stress. With choosing support instead of self-criticism.

If next year is about doing things differently, this pause is part of that 🙌

Save this. Come back to it later 💕

This weird pocket of time where routines disappear, emotions wobble, and everything feels slightly off.

Your nervous system hasn’t done anything wrong.
It’s just overstimulated and coming down.

Drink water 💦
Lower expectations 💕
Rest without guilt 💤

Normal service resumes soon ❤️

I’ve been holding this in for a while…
my new therapy room 💕

I can’t quite explain how it feels seeing this space finished….proud, excited, a bit emotional if I’m honest 🥰

This room has been created to feel safe, calm and welcoming, the kind of place where you can take a breath and just be.

This is where worries get talked through, confidence gets built and people realise they’re not broken, just human 💕

If the new year already feels heavy, or you know something needs to change, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’ve opened up discovery calls for January. No pressure, just a chat to see if I’m the right fit 💕
