Ahhh postnatal yoga I’ve missed you!
It was my absolute pleasure to welcome 8 mamas and 9(!!) babies to class 🥰

We breathed, moved, ate cake and even attempted to relax (and I got to cuddle a lot of babies).

Happy new year! I'm back from a little hiatus and ready to respond to your messages and share new pregnancy yoga dates for January and February.

It was amazing to support so many of you in 2025, and I'm excited to continue doing so in 2026. Being a tiny part of your pregnancy and birth experiences is such a privilege 🩷

Just 1 spot left for pregnancy yoga this week & 1 for all of March!

I’ve had to limit dates I’m teaching in March due to life 🫠 so there are only 2 classes, but the wonderful has come up with a new layout which mean I’m able to increase class numbers slightly.

If you’d ever like to come to a class that’s booked drop me a message and I will let you know if we have any cancellations 💕

Take some time for yourself & reconnect with your body, in a supportive, peaceful environment. This class is designed to help you regain strength, flexibility, and relax without having to worry about baby’s needs for an hour.

👶 Unlike my usual postnatal yoga classes where babies are welcome, this one is exclusively for the mamas.

🗓️ Sunday 23rd March - 10.30am
📍 Stretches & Strokes

My holiday feels like a lifetime ago and with a couple of weeks of being back for teaching & catching up on the backlog of work I’m finally back to planning more Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga classes for you!

Pregnancy yoga is available to book to the end of January with an extra Sunday class added in for December 🧡

Postnatal yoga is Available to book for January, I would love to see you & your beautiful babes there 💜

🌞 I’m heading on holiday! 🥳
