Happy new year! I'm back from a little hiatus and ready to respond to your messages and share new pregnancy yoga dates for January and February.

It was amazing to support so many of you in 2025, and I'm excited to continue doing so in 2026. Being a tiny part of your pregnancy and birth experiences is such a privilege 🩷

Just 1 spot left for pregnancy yoga this week & 1 for all of March!

I’ve had to limit dates I’m teaching in March due to life 🫠 so there are only 2 classes, but the wonderful has come up with a new layout which mean I’m able to increase class numbers slightly.

If you’d ever like to come to a class that’s booked drop me a message and I will let you know if we have any cancellations 💕

Take some time for yourself & reconnect with your body, in a supportive, peaceful environment. This class is designed to help you regain strength, flexibility, and relax without having to worry about baby’s needs for an hour.

👶 Unlike my usual postnatal yoga classes where babies are welcome, this one is exclusively for the mamas.

My holiday feels like a lifetime ago and with a couple of weeks of being back for teaching & catching up on the backlog of work I’m finally back to planning more Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga classes for you!

Pregnancy yoga is available to book to the end of January with an extra Sunday class added in for December 🧡

🌞 I’m heading on holiday! 🥳

Postnatal yoga is back…sort off 👀

You’ve been asking, so I’ve out a date for in postnatal yoga on Friday 27th September 🤱🏽

This class is currently is *currently* a one off while I sort out dates & times but I hope you can make it as I am so excited to meet your babies & support you in your postnatal journey.

Classes are relaxed and will meet you where you are in your healing journey.
There will be breathing & gentle movement to aid your recovery and of course tea and cake.

That post pregnancy yoga clean up!

There is something so soothing about cake crumbs on the floor and mats & blankets that have supported a pregnant mum that I just love 🩷

Tonight pregnancy yoga class was just lush, we focused on connecting with our pelvic floor and after a long relaxation enjoyed homemade lemon drizzle cake and lots of birth related chat!

I feel so lucky to share this space with so many amazing powerful women.

Happy Homebirth day!

I never miss an excuse to share my favourite picture from the most amazing empowering experience.

If you’re not sure where to birth and want to birth vaginally there is nothing i recommend more than a homebirth.

You don’t a pool or any fancy equipment just you and a few towels and is plenty! I’m always happy to discuss my birth or options for birth with you so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions 🩷
