We all know how important it is to practice regular self-care but often find it challenging to prioritise when it come to doing it ourselves…I know I do! 🙋‍♀️

So, as it’s self-care Sunday here are some self-care ideas to support you in being the best version of yourself! 🙌✨

1. Go outside in nature 🍃
2. Take a crystal bath 🛁 💎
3. Read a book for an hour or more – get lost. 📕
4. Write a celebration list - list all the great things in your life! 🎉
5. Burn your favorite scented candle or diffuse some essential oils. 🕯

New moon in Virgo ♍️ 🌚

This new moon urges you to make small changes that help you to move closer to your goals and dreams.

The energy encourages a strong desire for organisation and self improvement.

I am a Virgo and received this perfectly timed birthday gift today from my lovely friend Tracy

So, this evening I will prepare the space by burning some incense, light my beautiful Crystal candle, set an intention and record it in my Journal 📔

I’ll then do a short meditation and visualise my intention as if it has already happened! ✨🙌

Did you have a good summer? ☀️

We did! We went abroad this year for the first time since 2019 and the boys had an amazing time swimming in the pool all day every day in Portugal 💦 We also had fun at home and in Mudeford (especially when it wasn’t raining! ) ☔️ 😆

Sorry I’ve been a bit quite on here lately, my days have been taken up with juggling working, the kids and just getting through the summer holidays…but I’m back now and ready for a busy September filled with reiki! ✨⭐️✨

We are now well into Virgo season! ♍️

Over the next month the solar energies felt on earth will be infused with the energy of virgo.

As an Earth sign Virgo is very much rooted in the Earth and is said to be one of the master manifesters of the zodiac.

During this period tap into Virgo’s practical, efficient, analytical energy and use this time to detox, declutter and get organised. Now is the time to clear things and get plans in place!
