There's something very nostalgic about creating something like a wish jar - something we perhaps wouldn't think to do as a 'grown up'! These moments are a great way for us to connect to our inner child and have some fun 🙌

-Create your own glimmer wish jar, we will be using a variety of herbs, crystals, symbols and natural products to create our very own glimmer wish jar, this also involves spell making and intention setting - great for the new year!
-Meditation
-Sound Bath
-Angelic Reiki

The first mindful evening of 2026 is available to book now on my website and I'm very excited to announce that I will be offering 'REFORM AND REST' on Sunday 25th Jan.

Option 1 - 60 mins of Fitcore reformer Pilates - come and try! Feel free to stay on for some herbal tea and oracle cards after! (£15 members/£20 non member)

Option 2 - skip the Pilates and come just for the mindful session, there will be a soundbath, intentions for the new year PLUS a cacao ceremony. (£15 member/£20 non member)

Option 3 - REFORM AND REST - come and do both together!
(£25 member/£30 non member)

Please remember - when booking look for the option you want to do - 'special reformer class', just the 'mindful evening' on its own OR the 'reform and rest' - if you get stuck just reach out!

There are limited spot on these sessions - the reformer studio takes 12 and the wellness studio takes 16 - I'd LOVE to have you there 💗

Check out the TT for 2026 - both for my community classes and for the gym!

Those on my WhatsApp group and email list will know that I made the decision a few months ago that I would be taking a step back from evening classes so that I can be at home for sully and do all the bedtimes with him. I love my evening classes and all the people I see in them but this time with sully is so precious, I only get it once and after receiving so much support after announcing my decision, plus seeing sullys little face every time I leave in the evenings for classes, I just know I've made the right decision!

Evenings will always be there and as time moves forward I'm sure I'll be teaching again in the evenings one day...

So you can catch me for lots of morning and daytime classes now, I've added some more challenging and high energy sessions to the daytime community classes. 'Yogalates for all' will now be just 'Yogalates' catering to a mixed ability meaning I can challenge those that need it. I'll also be teaching 'Weights and core' on a Friday morning !

As for evening sessions, I'll still be offering my mindful evenings every 4-6 weeks (the next one is 25th Jan - pm me for details) PLUS I have a new class called 'reiki, sound and massage' which is a special class with limited numbers to just 8 - everyone will receive some proper TLC in this session 💗 I'll be hosting this on the last wed evening of each month.

To bump up my daytimes I'll be doing a bit more at village gym, lots of early morning and afternoons plus the addition of Fitcore Reformer! I'll be completing a longer classical course for reformer Pilates over 2026 and hopefully offering reformer classes for the community too 🤞

Me and Amanda are doing some 'mindful moments' goodie bags again !

We loved making these a few years ago and it's been great fun creating something special and gathering all these festive treats for you to enjoy 🎄🎄

Here are the finished goodie bags to give you an idea of what you might expect within one! Each bag is a little bit different from the next, there are a few unique bits in each bag that are additional to the list below - suprise extras may include meditation sprays, crystal cards and heat masks...

We are only going to do 20 this year and now only have 7 bags remaining so please get in touch if you want to make a order...

We are happy to organise deliver/pick up if you are local to make sure you get it in time for Christmas 💗

We've been talking about running something together for a little while now and decided on doing something Christmassy and put together this beautiful mini festive retreat 💗

LOCAL DAY RETREATS 2026

I've loved hosting these local day retreats this year. These days are a lot more intimate with 15 people maximum. Each retreat will have a theme - this year I've done, 'The Root Chakra', 'The divine feminine' and 'Creation', we always do a mixture of different mindful activities throughout the day that relate to the theme, a few examples from this year include women's circles, make your own smudge sticks and Earth Alters. There will always be some form of movement plus the opportunity to bliss out with lots of meditation and of course some form of sound bath.

What I think is really lovely about these days is getting to share space with lots of lovely souls, each of us on our own personal journey 💗

I thought I'd post about these before Xmas incase anybody wanted to buy a day retreat as a gift for someone. I'm happy to create some sort of voucher for those that want to buy as a gift - or perhaps you maybe just want to nab yourself a space and have something lovely and mindful to look forward to in the new year 🧘‍♀️

If you would like to reserve a space, I will be asking for a 50% non refundable deposit due within 3 weeks of booking. The final 50% will be due one month prior to your retreat.

The very first MINDFUL AFTERNOON 💗

I feel so greatful and lucky that I had the assistance of 2 wonderful beings to make it extra special...

The lovely Lou (owner of ) bringing a workshop on crystals and the Chakras. And then the amazing .seaman who worked her magic via energy work and light language throughout the soundbath 💗

I love collaborating and it felt like such a warm and cosy afternoon- just perfection 🥰

Thankyou to everyone who came to the first MINDFUL AFTERNOON - here's to many more?!
It was lovely to do something on Friday and still have the weekend ahead.

3 hours of festive magic and mindful bliss 💗

Rough timings 5:30-8:30pm

£45 per person.

This one is not discounted for members as it is a retreat style event and I am fully collabing with Sam meaning she is not coming in as a guest, we are fully running the whole thing together.

What to expect:

-Make your own Mindful Crystal Christingles - a playful, joyous and mindful workshop.

-Breathwork led session with Sam

-Tea, coffee and cake plus OFCOURSE, mince pies! (hopefully homemade), hot choccie and non alcoholic mulled wine!

-Festive Sound bath and meditation (I will be bringing some special festive sounds to make things cozy and festive!)

There are 30 spaces in total, but I only have 15 to offer you as Samtosha will be offering half the spaces to her clients!

Sept Mindful Evening

Thanks so much to the beautiful .with.flo.yoga for joining me on this one - I was proud to see you step into this space and this evening couldn't have been more perfect 💗

Everyone that was there was truly meant to be in that space together.

We connected deeply to the heart through the spirit of cacao - flo and me talked about cacao and its origins, we then immersed into our own personal cacao journeys followed by a heart opening sound bath 💗 There was also gentle touch, essential oils and reiki - pure bliss 🧘‍♀️

There was such a buzz of emotion after this one and I felt very touched to be a part of everyone's journey tonight 🙏

Since changing my websites name to MIND BODY SOUL I have lost all my reviews - I appreciate face to face feedback more than anything but online reviews help more people to reach me - if you could leave a google review for mindbodysoulwithjazz.co.uk I would greatly appreciate it.
