Recovering from an injury isn’t easy it can be frustrating, slow, and sometimes feel overwhelming. But remember, you don’t have to go through it alone. 💙

Here are the Top 3 Things NOT to Do during recovery:

❌ Don’t try to do it all on your own. Recovery is a team effort, and having support around you makes the journey lighter.
❌ Don’t keep it all bottled up. Talking to someone, whether a family member, friend, or teammate, and sharing how you feel can make a huge difference.
❌ Don’t skip professional guidance. Working with a sports therapist gives you the tools, exercises, and confidence to heal properly and avoid setbacks.

Above all, believe in yourself. You are stronger than you think, and you can do hard things. Every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. Healing takes time, patience, and self-belief, but you’ve got this. 🙌
