新年快樂!Happy New Year everyone 🎉 Hope everything is almost back to normal and that you are having a great start of 2025👍
2024 was a bit of a roller coaster to me as I had foot surgery on my right foot. Took me almost six months to settle (Dr said it'll take 6-12 months to settle, so I'm grateful I'm on the right track.) Felt so handicapped in the first month but thanks to my hubby and daughter I was not so helpless🫶 I hardly played the role of patient, so I had a good experience this time😅 Physiotherapists have been my good friend during the past few months, those in the hospital and community are so helpful🥰 And good nutrition and supplements played major roles in healing as well❤️🩹
🌅Today, on 2 Jan, I'm back to the gym and did pilates and yoga back to back. I cancelled the high intensity dance as I felt it's too much for me at the moment. Maybe I'll give it a try next week🤜💪
🇭🇰🇯🇵But in Nov, after my 5th month of surgery, I did go to Hong Kong to visit my 90 y.o. dad and took a side trip to Tokyo. Well, I survived the trip but my foot was very tiring for sure! I needed to take painkillers🥴
2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ I do hope I will feel stronger everyday and be able continue to serve in the community, church and where I am needed. Of course, continue with my online counselling as usual. Do reach out to me if you need my service 👌🥰
Meantime, take good care of yourself, nurture yourself with good nutrition, exercise and sleep well 💖
