On the 25th of October 2023 I wrote down the name for my own coaching business. I set some base goals and my ambition was to create not just another coaching business, but a brand.
1 year later and I’ve personally worked with over a 20 unique clients who I have helped to change their lives for the better. I have established a brand and have achieved many of the goals I set myself a year ago.
I have learnt so much as a young business owner in the last 12 months and I know I have much more to learn. I have recently introduced Aesthetics unique coaching approach, a 5-stage structure developed from not just the paste year, but the last 3 years working in the fitness industry
My ambition continues to grow and I hope to create a hub for coaching in the future, taking on employees and new clients, with the end goal to establish my own gym.
