Meet Abbie 👋

Abbie joined Right at Home Swindon in June 2018 as a carer and has grown with the service ever since. From Team Leader to Care Coordinator, then Deputy Care Manager, she stepped into the role of Registered Manager in October 2023.

Abbie oversees the day to day running of the service, ensuring the care we provide is safe, high quality and person centred. She leads and supports our team, manages assessments and care planning, and ensures we meet all Care Quality Commission standards so clients and their families can feel confident in the care they receive.

Her vision is simple but powerful. For clients, she wants every individual to feel safe, valued, respected and truly listened to, with care that promotes dignity, independence and choice. For our carers, she is committed to building a culture of kindness, professionalism and continuous learning where everyone feels supported and proud of the care they deliver.

Outside of work, Abbie enjoys spending time with family and friends. With two teenage children, life is busy with theme park trips, rugby matches and plenty of cheering from the sidelines.

From Care Assistant to Deputy Manager 💙

Molly joined Right at Home Swindon in 2020 with no previous experience in care. What she did have was compassion, drive and the willingness to learn.

With full training, ongoing support and a genuinely encouraging team around her, she quickly discovered just how rewarding it is to support people in their own homes helping them stay safe, independent and living life on their terms.

Since then, Molly has:
• Achieved her Level 3 qualification
• Progressed into a Team Leader role
• Completed her Level 4 qualification
• Stepped into her current role as Deputy Manager, supporting compliance and quality across the service

Care is not just a job. It is a career with real progression, recognised qualifications and opportunities to grow.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with her growing family including her daughter and three nephews which shows you really can build a career that fits around your life.
