THANK YOU to all my amazing class goers for another fantastic year. We’ve certainly upped our game throughout the year, getting stronger, fitter, stretchier and bendier (well, most) and it’s been a pure delight to teach you all.
You’ve supported me through a tough year of rehabilitation from my herniated disc where I had to adapt my teaching, you’ve continued to show up week after week and your dedication has been unwavered, THANK YOU 🙏 You are all a pure delight to teach 🙏
Have yourselves a very Merry Christmas and I wish you all the very best, love, health and happiness for 2025.

I absolutely love that this fleeting, spontaneous moment was captured. My favourite summer shot. At this moment in time I was so grateful for so many reasons:
Grateful that I was back, my herniated disc has healed and I’d been swimming in the Atlantic at a secret cove that you literally have to rope climb down to! It’s been 6 months of rehab, accommodating and nurturing and I’VE DONE IT 🙌🙌
The summer rest has truly helped and precious time with my family has filled my heart ❤️
I am so grateful for my wonderful clients for your unwavering support and understanding. I simply cannot wait to start back at classes on Tuesday. The Lesson Plans are ready to roll!
Hope you’ve all had a wonderful summer and why not share your favourite summer shot, this is definitely mine 🤗🙏🥰

Hi All
I’m sure lots of you know that I’ve been suffering with a mild disc prolapse and sciatic systems and this is taking some time to heal.
Whilst movement and the teaching of classes seems to really help and alleviate the symptoms, I’m afraid to say that my Massage work is really aggravating it.

With immediate effect I am drastically reducing the amount of massage appointments AND I will only be offering 1/2hr appointments.

I’m hoping that this will enhance recovery and get me back to full strength as soon as possible.

I will be contacting those with appointments to either cancel/postpone or offer a 1/2hr instead of 3/4.

Apologies for this blip in service. I truly hope it’s short term. For now though, and this afternoon, it’s feet up, rest and rehab 🙏🙏🙏🙏
