What a busy day it's been for the team. Lots of lovely care home visits, to include Ballards Ash, Argyll House and Hurst House. Lots of home visits and then a session with Macmillan for their Bladder cancer Wellbeing day.

Such a busy day. Whilst two of our fab therapists carried out workplace massage for the NHS, another therapist carried out lovely treatments for our clients at Ashgrove House and another therapist was doing her amazing thing at Ballards Ash. An incredible team who are very much appreciated....

A lovely day of carrying out lots and lots of treatments, but in particular, to our client
celebrating her 102nd birthday today! What an achievement!

A busy session with Macmillan at their Take Control workshop, carrying out lots of treatments on patients who are going through some really difficult times. Certainly puts everything into perspective!

Do you or someone you know have Prostate Cancer? The Prostate Cancer support group meet approximately every 6 weeks for a couple of hours at The Sun Inn at Coate.
The next sessions are:

28th October 2025
9th December 2025
20th January 2026

They are a really friendly bunch of guys, so well worth popping along to.

I picked today....a very chilled (and blimming chilly) bike ride through stunning countryside, a coffee shop visit, a catch up with friends and now a roastie and candlelit evening ahead....bliss
