✨Meet our Tania✨ When Tania first came to yoga, she was understandably cautious. After a hip replacement, she wasn’t sure if yoga would be right for her or if her body could trust the movements again.
With patience, modifications, and a supportive environment, Tania discovered that yoga is for her. 💛
Now, her practice is something she truly loves — supporting her physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional wellbeing. Yoga has become a space where she feels confident, capable, and connected to her body once more.

Flashback to awesome memories! 🌟
It’s hard to believe it’s been 8 years since the beautiful Emma arrived on retreat in Marbella on crutches after a serious operation. Watching her show up to practice yoga with me every single day was truly inspiring. 🙏✨
To everyone’s amazement after just one week of classes, she no longer needed her crutches and left feeling stronger and more confident than ever. 💪💛
Memories like these remind me why I love what I do — the power of healing, movement, and belief. 💫
