As we grow, change, and evolve, so does our journey, and I want to create a space that truly reflects my mission and the amazing mums I work with.

Deadline extended to next Friday for the Fit & Fab at 40 Challenge due to many requests received yesterday asking me if there can be an extension 🥰 The challenge doesn't go live until Monday 25th September so it's 16 days away.

I don't know who needs to hear this but... When you're struggling with something, it's so easy to get pi**ed off and give up but DO NOT QUIT! Whether it's a workout, a work project, even bloody dog training (my biggest test) push through because there's many benefits of doing so:

1. You'll finish it and feel so proud and won't have it in the back of your mind that you should have tried harder.
2. You'll be closer to your goal. Take your workout - I've said many times before that a workout is better than no workout. So you didn't go that heavy, that's cool. You'll do it next time. The main thing is you showed up.
3. Every time you push through you're getting mentally stronger. Take dog training - I didn't have much patience at the start. And yes there were times I had to come home early because she'd wound me up so much, for which I was then so annoyed with myself for giving up. I learned to stop, take deep breaths, try something else then go back to the original thing I was doing. Oh and by the way, that applies to kids too 🤣
4. You'll get used to not giving up and that makes it easier every time to keep going. Take runners for example - how do you think they can get to 10, 15, 20km without stopping? They had to start somewhere and learn how to push through, push the boundaries, push the limits.

There's tons more reasons to not give up. But the main take away from this is life gets hard. If you always have your "why", stay focused, stay consistent, this will get you to your goals.

Being part of a group of like minded women who are on the same journey as you keeps you accountable and motivated and you'll be less likely to quit. The Warrior Woman community will pick you up when you're down, celebrate your wins, and keep on track.

It’s designed for women who’ve tried workout plans to do on their own, complicated nutrition plans, and time consuming workouts and still haven’t been able to feel strong, fit and confident again.

👉 What’s included?
✅ You’ll get the Feel Fit & Fabulous Again At 40 Challenge - 6 weeks of workouts, weekly group accountability calls to keep you on track, 6 week nutrition guidance to maximise results, accountability WhatsApp group, the Warrior Woman app to use anywhere, anytime, and lastly discounted monthly coaching once the challenge has ended, valued at £899.

👉 What equipment do I need?
✅ If you are a gym member, you’ll just need a barbell and/or some dumbbells. If you have these at home - great! No gym machines required, just free weights.

👉 How much time do I need to dedicate?
✅ The workouts are 4 sessions a week, a minimum of 45 minutes each session, with optional HIIT finishers if you want to really go for it! 2 days will be “Active Recovery” which is steady state cardio - an hour of walking for example (if you have a dog, you’ll do this easy). Is it actually possible to get fit and feel fabulous in your forties 40 without feeling self conscious starting from the beginning?! 🤯

I bet you’ve tried a few workouts here and there without structure, fad diets, confusing and time consuming nutrition plans... And nothing has quite worked for you, right?

SO happy my friend and client Kimberley Whitbread came and trained with me this morning on her weekend up my way! She trains like an absolute beast and I love it 💪🏼
