We are thrilled to share that our care home group has been recognised as one of the Top 20 Care Home Groups in the UK by carehome.co.uk.

What makes this award so meaningful is that it is based entirely on independent reviews from residents and their families. These are real words from real people, sharing their experiences of life in our homes. To know that families have taken the time to write such thoughtful feedback is something we never take for granted.

It is the early mornings, the unhurried conversations, the cups of tea made just how someone likes it, the birthday surprises, the steady reassurance during difficult days. On 20th March, a brave (or slightly bonkers) bunch of us at The Orchards are swapping warm beds for sleeping bags outside for The Big Tommy Sleep Out.

Yes. In March. Outdoors. On purpose.

It’s all to support our veterans – a cause that means a great deal to us.
