Helens words :

When a doctor told me 3 years ago that I was in the “pre diabetic” category and wanted to give me medication , it was the final straw for me. That news was the kick start to me joining HL .
It took ONLY 4 months of using the products to get back into the healthy range ✅
3 years on , results today , still healthy . No “medical claims “ here from me but the stats speak for themselves!
This is one of my favourite non scale victories 😊🙌🏻💪🏻💚

Ben started his journey at time when he was over tired , over weight , over stressed .

4 stone loss ! 🔥
10% body fat gone forever ✅

In his own words …..

I used to have zero energy after waking up from a full nights sleep, my diet consisted of processed foods, takeaway meals and convenience foods. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and was struggling with my mental health.

I made the needed changes to my exercise and nutrition and haven’t looked back.

🟢 Lost 4 stone
🟢 Have more energy
🟢 No longer have sleep apnea (no medical claims but losing the weight definitely played a huge part)
🟢 Mental health is on point
🟢 Found the energy, confidence and motivation to hit the gym regularly
These changes have made such a massive difference to my life and am now helping other men to achieve their wellness goals too.
