I am Deni and I have been inspiring people to grow and have more joy in their lives for over 15 years. Here is a research, which discovered that, if you increase your vitality and competence, this will help you to overcome the fear of failure and yes procrastination. Here are several ides from me how to do this.
To increase your vitality you can start any kind of physical activity you enjoy, it doesn't mater if it is running or dancing or just walking in the park. If you add to this some time every week to do things you love this will lift you up naturally and increase your vitality.
Competence depends on knowledge and experience you would say and you will be right but, actually, the feeling of competence has a lot to do with your self esteem. So, make a list with high achievements, start an achievements diary to fill in every week and surround yourself with people who give you a confidence boost.
And remember that a small step you make can change your life a lot. Just be consistent and result will follow.

I was looking for a hot topic and I digged around for information about why time management very often doesn't seem to work. I have several friends and a couple of clients, who struggle a lot with this and to be fare I have my down moments too. There is so much written on this topic, which tells me this is a big issue for many people. There are some lovely ideas in this article. My favorite one is to put your focus on your happiness first! :)

Productivity hacks promise a better, less stressful life. Why do they deliver the exact opposite to many people?
