The Most Amazing Feedback from one of our Service User's.
In the Care Industry, People only ever see or hear the negatives and do not seem to see or hear all the positive's that our staff do, especially when all of our carer's go above and beyond for those we care for and what amaxzing relationships we have with the whole team and all of our customers that we support.
Really hope this email sees you very well.
Although I'm not taking anything away from our current carers and the whole team but it's a very special mention to a particular carer for our sits
I know I've mentioned a similar email recently to J.
But I just want to echo my feelings around my sits for G with M.
The lady is bloody incredible (excuse my french)
I cannot thank you and the team enough for providing me m for our sits.
If you could see some of the changes I have seen since they have started you'd be amazed.
She not only brings joy and smiles to G's face when she's here but the patience and dedication towards her care is evidently noticeable.
G's needs are not easy and I think it's absolutely incredible.
I've been watching very closely with all the progress that's been made in such a short time and M always thinks outside the box when she's here.
She brings so much to the table with G's rehabilitation.
She's actually done more for us than the actual rehabs team in the community. So that speaks for itself.
She's very methodical and professional with her approach to G's care and very careful too.
Honestly if only you knew how much this means to us as a family especially with all the neglect we've received from other so called professional outfits you'd fully understand.
You get nothing but praise for all your support behind the scenes from the office to us as a service user.
And as I'm watching very closely in the background and keeping my support case worker from CHC up to date and also my advocate J that has been in the care industry for over 30 years, it's full of good vibes.
I have so much good words to feed them back with.
And all party's are very happy.
Here's to further care for my beloved G from Love2care and its wonderful team.
But obviously a further massive shout out to all our carers that come here they all make my life so much easier.
