💖 Self Care Saturday 💖

Oh boy! I felt really out of sorts this morning!

So I dowsed my chakras and my energy bodies with my trusty crystal pendulum and, yes, I was most definitely out of balance ☺️

I put some music on and cleansed my space. I lit some of my favourite incense. I made a cup of cocao. I invited in Reiki and my guides. I set my intentions whilst gently sipping my cocao and then went on a journey of clearing, cleansing, balancing and aligning my chakras and my energy bodies 💖

A blissful hour of self care ✨

I've dowsed again, and I'm beautifully balanced and aligned and feeling amazing 🥰🧚🥰
