We currently have our breast screening mobile units based at:

Trowbridge Community Hospital car park

Chippenham Community Hospital car park (follow the Chippenham Hospital signs for car park 3 to locate our mobile unit).

We have invited women from the following GP Surgeries:
Lovemead Group Practice - Trowbridge unit
Trowbridge Health Centre - Trowbridge unit
The Porch Surgery- Chippenham unit
Box Surgery - Chippenham unit

We are also booking screening appointments at the Breast Centre, Great Western Hospital, Swindon.

If you are due for screening, you will receive a booked appointment by letter. If you are aged 70 and over and believe you are due a mammogram or have any queries please call: 01793 604036.

Happy new year!

Start 2026 with good health habits by attending your breast screening appointment.

Breast screening is offered to women, between the ages of 50-70, once every 3 years. An appointment will be sent in the post when you will be due your screening mammogram.

If you are over 70, you can contact the screening office on 01793 604036 to self refer when you are due your next mammogram.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month which aims to raise awareness about breast cancer.

Screening can help with early detection of breast cancers.

If you are aged between 50 - 70, you will be sent an appointment when you are next due your mammogram. Screening takes place once every 3 years. If you over 70, and due your next mammogram, please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Our mobile units are currently based in Devizes and Westbury and are currently inviting women from the below GP practices:

Surgery - Devizes
Lansdowne Surgery - Devizes
The Avenue Surgery - Warminster.
