I have found the most wonderful home to teach Reiki from here at .communitygardens

I do feel one of the reasons why it has taken me so long to start teaching is because I needed somewhere that felt right to pass on the Reiki knowledge and attunements.
It's so special that teaching was never going to be about rushing into it. It just had to feel right, and now it does. All in divine time.

I have poured years of experience into this and have built this course very slowly. It all fell into place one day when I thought this is IT, where I would love to teach from.

Twigs holds a special place in my heart, so yes, we will be learning from the beautiful garden studio. A sneak peak in the photo above.

I'm so grateful to have had so many of you interested in learning, I have sent messages out to you all with further information so to secure your spot please, if you haven't done so already pop me a message of confirmation and I can get you a secured space on your preferred date.

Growth happens outside of our comfort zones ! Time and time and time again, I keep putting myself so far out of mine that I want to run away because it's scary, but every time I've completed whatever may scare me. I learned more about myself & what I'm capable of.
A couple of scary things are pending for May, which I'll fill you in on after I've done & talk about the growth.

It really is time to shhhh down the self sabotage & doubt. You may think from my classes, treatments & work that I'm really confident, but I have an olddddd pattern at play that I've worked on for years, and it's

"I'm not good enough,"

I got so bored of this that I rewrote the old story, I've reframed it, and I don't believe the above anymore 🙃

It 100% tries to get me at times, but I screw it up in a little ball and throw it over my head. CYA 🫡

🍋 Cornwall 25 🍋

We had such a lovely time that we are booking again for next year!

A little break enjoyed by all of us.

There's a time during parenthood where holidays aren't for you, they are mostly based around the children & we have come back from many little breaks more exhausted than when we left, but this one was IT ! The one that included moments where you can take little slithers of time for yourself.
Everyone had a nice time, not just the kiddies 😆😋

▪︎ ~ Little ~ Souls ~ ▪︎

2 little cherubs right there 🍋🍋

I had a little souls reiki session with these 2 today. It was really special, and a lovely start to the weekend.

I have shared Reiki with Thomas since around 2018 when his muma started, Alannah has experienced reiki in her muma's tummy, but this was her first outside the womb.

We started with some children's angel cards and positive affirmations, followed by a story, and finally, an energy reset activity to encourage an energy change.... releasing any silly's as I call it, so they are ready to relax.

They each had some individual reiki time, I left Thomas with a task to draw a picture of how reiki makes him feel, no rules, anything goes, colours, words, or pictures.

Alannah enjoyed her reiki. It was as though she entered into a trace like state and was dozing off towards the end. She got up when it was finished and gave her mum a hug and then headed straight for me and gave me the biggest hug, it took me aback a little not going g to lie, I definitely had a tear in my eye. It was the first time I had met her, bless her heart.

Thank you so much for letting me share reiki with your precious babies.

♡ A new chapter ♡

Isn't it gorgeous?!

I'm just here after a meeting with the events manager, unable to contain my excitement to be working here, so I'm sharing with you guys.

It's outstanding, and I feel this is what a care home should look and feel like to allow residents to decompress and enhance their quality of life.

These photos are just a small snippet of this place, it is huge and has countless different lounges and dining rooms with a real sense of luxury.

I get holiday resort vibes with options on where you might fancy to dine that day, the residents have everything you can think of onsite, activities room, gym, salon, treatment room, barbers, a cinema room.

Nanny Dolls would have been in her element here ✨️

The staff are all lovely and welcoming, offering me a hot drink and banana muffin.

I can't wait to bring Qigong & Reiki to the residents, I feel truly blessed.

I love the feeling here. It feels like a special place. You can clearly see the amount of thought, love, and attention to every detail.

S u n d a y ♡

The house is quiet, so I'm taking a few moments to soak up today so far.

Ikaia, my son, learnt how to ride a bike yesterday, so he was super excited to get up and out tearing up the tarmac this morning.

I treated myself and booked onto a workshop with the lovely Kaye this afternoon as soon as I saw an opportunity for Kundalini in the area I couldn't not book on. I very rarely treat myself to these kinds of things, so to take part today felt like a very special treat.

really knows her stuff and radiates such a pure genuine aura, which I really appreciate. Thank you for today.

Ok.... I spoke too soon. The kids have just got back shouting "MUMMY"

♡ I got my first YES !!!! ♡

I'm excited to share this bit of progression in my journey with you. In photo 2 is my beautiful Nanny Dolly / Doreen, my cutie little niece gave her this nickname, which stuck. When my nan was Earth side I used to share Reiki with her, and this photo shows after I had finished one day & it had sent her to sleep 🥰

I had the opportunity to share Reiki with her the whole time she was passing 3 years ago now, and it's something I will never ever forget. The most special lady to so many in our family.

She is the creator of so many things that I love & have passed down to my family ♡

So, having seen how Reiki helped her, I have approached various different care homes about providing Reiki for their Residents. I have approached so many, and I have either received no reply, no's or places wanting volunteer work.

Until now.....😄

I have secured a spot on the activity schedule at the new luxurious care home opening in April ~ Willowbrook View.

I'll be there every other week providing Reiki & Qigong to the residents 🥹🥹🥹🥹

I am over the 🌙

So let this be a reminder that I'm hoping one of you may need to hear ~ Don't ever back back. Don't allow the setbacks to dull your sparkle. Keep pressing forward following your dreams.
