Deep tissue massage is what it says on the tin. If you have tired, aching muscles, they are warmed up and then treated with some deep massage work where I can use fingers, thumbs, heel of hand, forearms and elbows.

As always, the treatment will be tailored to you, and your comfort is essential. It can feel
like a work out, invigorating but it can ease pain, restore movement and make you feel relaxed.

Hello, to those of you new to my business page. I would just like to say thank you and introduce myself.

I am Rachel and have lived in Wiltshire for the last 20years. I am a wife to John and a mother to Patrick. I also have two dogs Willow and Gus.

MF Therapies was created when I decided to take a leap of faith in 2009 and set up my own therapy business after feeling totally disillusioned with primary school teaching.

Over the years, I have set up a variety of clinics and added many more treatments to my skill set.

I love what I do, and am passionate about helping you feel better. My treatments are targeted to help you feel relaxed and connected physically, mentally and emotionally.
