A reminder ladies that we are gathering this Sunday (15th) for the next installment of my Lilith & The Fox short stories.

The storytelling will be preceded by soft yoga movement and a connection to the energy of the winterbourne spring.

If you'd like to join us, I have some spaces available for 3.30pm, later class is fully booked.

Let me know if you would like to be contacted in case of cancellation.

Wherever your doing this valentine's day remember how enduring, potent and necessary self love can be!

My current fascination is with Hilma af Klint. Hilma was a Swedish abstract artist and mystic.

This is one of her paintings 'Childhood' ☝🏻.

One of my favourite habits is to look at the prints available on the Tate website and ponder the works I like, how they make me feel and why I am drawn to them.

Recently it has been af Klint's work that has been captivating me. I was struck by the fact that despite studying abstract painters at A-level, I had never heard of her.

I didn't understand why my teachers had not pointed me in the direction of af Klint's work, when I was producing pieces that explored similar themes.

I was told to study Mondrian. But af Klint was producing abstract art BEFORE the artists that we now closely associate with the movement.

I feel robbed of her influence, but no more!! Coincidentally while looking for a podcast that could teach me more about the female Pre-Raphaelite artist and poet Lizzie Siddal, I realised that there was also an episode on af Klint.

I'd highly recommend a listen to this very engaging and informative episode from

Hilma's story is fascinating and one I've been chatting through with Heidi and Inara all week.

I can't help but think if Hilma had been a man, we would all of heard of her long before the fairly recent rediscovery of her work.

Anyhow if anyone has any recommendations for books that explore the lost women of art history, please advise as this household is getting fed up with the apparently COMPLETE history of art book that we have that includes hardly ANY women.

Photos from this morning....

A beautiful Goddess infused Rekindle session with some of my lovely yoga ladies, some sweet tea and homemade pomegranate cake.

Yoga, oracle cards, storytelling, support, guidance, community....

I sourced these stunning postcards and zine from earlier in the week and I'm so chuffed they arrived in time for our gathering.

✨ Moon Diaries - February ✨

Let the light of this month's full snow moon shine right into your heart.

Let the thawing start.

Remember Brigid, the Celtic Goddess of forge and flame, of alchemy and poetry, remember the last time she came.

At Imbolc when the milk of the earth began to rise and slowly we started to feel ourselves waking from the dark and demise.

My moon guidance for the month ahead will be shared in full (this is just a little snippet) this Sunday at our Season of the Snow Moon yoga sessions.

If you would like to join us I have just 2 spaces left.

Embodied movement is something that has woven its way into all my classes.

It's nourishing movement that meets you where you're at, where you get to feel, explore and reignite your sense of power. Be it gently like you're with a very wild and timid animal or ferociously, where your powerful emotions can be metabolised.

It's also everything in-between.

There's no right or wrong. There's me holding this space for you, so that you can cultivate a heartfelt connection with yourself and get strong in the process.

Shining a warm beacon of loving light onto EMBODY, my wednesday morning class.

I hope you can join us soon.

January is a beautiful month if we can let it be.

Overwhelm can make us feel very alone. But the more I have the privilege of doing the work that I do, the more I notice the flux and flow of human experience and how so much of what I notice and feel is a shared experience.

Sending you so much love.

'Fox watches as Lilith closes her eyes.

He sees her face relaxing, senses her softening.

Lilith leans against the birch and feels her tensions dissolve, she receives from the fey a message of resilience and resolve.

The sentiment of the tiny letter shines into Lilith’s heart, she lets go of her harshness and feels the constriction in her lungs depart.'

A passage from my collection of short stories that I'm currently working on and sharing during our Sunday Seasonal Yoga sessions.

Thank you warmly to the ladies who gathered with me yesterday. May the medicine of the silver birch stay with you.

What a week of lovely classes ladies, soulful flows, embodied moves, dreamy stillness and a chat about rage.

I look forward to seeing those of you joining us this Sunday for our Season of the Silver Birch classes, I'll be sharing my brand new story - Letter from the Fey.

It's evocative, enchanting and emotive. But most importantly sleep inducing! 💤🧝🏻‍♂️🦊🤍

I met a fox and she didn't run from me
I listened to the silence of the hibernating bee
I heard the trees speak
The moss too

Felt parts of myself awaken
With the slow breath of the sleeping bear
Parts of me stirred
With the ancient wisdom I found there....

Some of my words from yesterday's classes, the first of our moon diaries series and our first class of the year.

Thank you to the ladies who joined me.

Until we gather again I hope you stay warm and well 🤗🧝🏼✨🌝
