Tomorrow we travel to Nalgo sports and social club to face a tough test in nalgo rangers. Nalgo formally known as Rodbourne rangers are an established side and will be a tough test for us.

Its our final preparation before we start our league and cup campaign next sunday (7th sept)

Don't forget after the game tomorrow we are heading down to the Swiss chalet for the SRFC quiz🖤💛🖤💛

Hi, Kate here. My company, K&C home care LTD offers care to people in their own homes. We're based in Swindon and registered with CQC. I've worked in care homes and most people I cared for would rather have stayed in their own homes if they could get the right support. So, along with colleague Cath, we set up to deliver a quality, caring service - whether that be personal care, companionship, or support in the house with cooking or light housework. Our clients are a mix of ages; people who need help from someone who treats them like an individual, recognising their needs and delivering a high quality service.
