Hey! I'm Annie - Clinical Hypnotherapist - I use hypnosis amongst other therapeutic tools to help people overcome anxiety, depression, challenges that are personal and unique to you, I even help people achieve goals, sporting, athletic, work related targets.
The list that hypnosis can assist with is as long as my arm.
If you've only heard the traditional old age stories of hypnosis, then HypnoTHERAPY is not what you think.
I work 1-1 and with businesses and Charities.
I'm flexible, mobile to help with access and also work in house at a Wellness Clinic if you wish to come to me!
