The moment you:

You start changing your neurochemistry:
✅ dopamine for drive
✅ serotonin for mood
✅ endorphins for stress relief
You don’t need to feel motivated to start.
You start, and motivation follows.
What you feed your mind becomes your mindset.
What you feed your body becomes your energy.
What you do with your body becomes your confidence.
So even if the weekend didn’t go your way…
This week is a fresh data point, not a failure.
