So I’ve just wrapped up our 6am and 7am sessions at Absolutely Fit Studio we spoke about sleep and why it matters.

Sleep isn’t rest, it’s active recovery.
When you sleep, growth hormone is released, muscles repair, hormones rebalance, and fat oxidisation actually happens.

Poor sleep raises cortisol, increases cravings, and slows fat loss, even if training and nutrition are on point.

So if you’re training hard but not sleeping well, your results will stall.

Train smart.
Eat well.
Sleep properly.

That’s how bodies actually change.
