⭐️Dry Cupping – A Simple Tool with Powerful Results ⭐️

Dry cupping is a versatile therapy technique used to support recovery, reduce muscle tension, and improve movement. By creating gentle suction on the skin, cups help lift and decompress the tissues often giving clients a feeling of lightness and improved mobility straight after treatment.

🎓 Therapists commonly use dry cupping to:

• Reduce musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction
• Improve circulation and tissue mobility
• Support recovery from sports and overuse injuries
• Complement massage, manual therapy, and rehabilitation

Dry cupping is a adaptable technique that can be used dynamically, statically, or as part of a combined treatment, making it a great addition to everyday clinical practice.

Whether you’re new to cupping or looking to refine your approach, dry cupping fits naturally into sports and clinical therapy treatment.
