BOOTCAMP ANYONE?? BEGINNER FRIENDLY & FUN !!!
Suitable for LADIES and GENTLEMEN that feel somewhat deconditioned and want to lose some belly fat, get fitter, eat/drink less crap, lead a healthier lifestyle and have FUN.
We aim to do all sessions outdoors, but if there is very heavy rain there is an option to use the studio.
Don't worry if Bootcamp scares you, you will start working at the level that is appropriate for you.
All exercises will be shown from easiest to hardest level, and we make sure that you work at a level that suits you, and you can safely progress from there.
