BOOTCAMP ANYONE?? BEGINNER FRIENDLY & FUN !!!
Suitable for LADIES and GENTLEMEN that feel somewhat deconditioned and want to lose some belly fat, get fitter, eat/drink less crap, lead a healthier lifestyle and have FUN.
We aim to do all sessions outdoors, but if there is very heavy rain there is an option to use the studio.
Don't worry if Bootcamp scares you, you will start working at the level that is appropriate for you.
All exercises will be shown from easiest to hardest level, and we make sure that you work at a level that suits you, and you can safely progress from there.

A great way to start the day. Rise and Shine Yoga Flow is your 'Bread and butter' Yoga that is focused on waking up the body and setting you up for the day ahead, making you feel energized and focused.
Early morning is said to be the best time of day to exercise because it gets rid of morning muscle stiffness, allows you to let go of yesterday's stress, gets your breathing on track, releases "Happy Hormones", takes care of your digestive system and boosts your metabolism, and it is also time for yourself.

YIN YOGA - Super Relaxing - Everybody can DO YIN YOGA
Wednesdays 10.40am - 11.55am.
While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch
and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to
breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
The practice of yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages
and releasing that energy to flow freely. So, yin yoga has a very similar effect on our energies as acupuncture treatment. By holding the various poses, a yin yoga sequence can help restore the healthy flow of Qi in our bodies.
