Qualifed at BTEC Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage qualification. Competent in providing massage treatment sessions incorporating soft tissue and positional release modalities, Trigger Point and Muscle Energy Techniques. Treatments include Postural assessment, injury prevention and rehabilitation along with Kinesiology Taping to assist in pain free movement, increase muscle activity and range of motion.
