At Slimming World, it’s all about the love! Love of food, activity, the friends you meet at group, and much more! The support of your loved ones at home is also super important in inspiring members in their weight loss journeys too, so the month of love is the perfect time to talk about the power of love when it comes to slimming ❤.

Today 10 years ago at 7.30pm I opened the doors to my very 1st slimming world group, I made the hard decision to leave my Faringdon group a year ago and yes whilst I still miss them, I have some amazing members in Coleview and loved the challenge of change. I absolutely love helping people lose weight and make changes for life, 10 years of doing just that makes me happy. Here is to another year of success ❤💪 xx
