Life at Fitzwarren House
Fitzwarren House sits alongside MHA’s innovative Stanton Lodge apartments on the outskirts of Swindon. It was purpose built in 2005 at a cost of £4.5 million and officially opened by Glastonbury Festival Founder Michael Eavis. The building is spacious, has innovative use of colour and its design was featured at the 2006 Dementia Care Conference.
Half of its 64 care places are reserved to provide individualised care for people who require nursing support and 32 places offer personal care to people living with dementia.
