The truth is we have so many amazing women in Swindon and Wiltshire doing incredible work that it’s hard to put yourself forward for such a vote! But here I go!!

We spend our second Christmas in my grandparents home… my father and uncle were born here… I spent many a Christmas as a grandchild helping to wrap gifts here 🎄🙏🏼💝

2026 Jerome and I will buy this family home and make it our own 🤍🙏🏼

I love how life flows and we come in and out and in out and in out of each others lives… like waves, like the breath…

Flo is keen to begin her own journey as a yoga teacher, already working at but ready to branch out.

I adore what I’ve heard about her personal story so far. And am thrilled to have her Vinyasa Flow in Zen Den! The three of us were fully sweating today as Flo put us to the edge of our practice 💪🏻🤍🫶🏻
