Throwback to Gareth's progress ๐Ÿ’ช
I've been following this system couple of months now and this is stepping up the game in my overall targets Anton and I have set myself. I find that I am able to focus a lot more, taking time to re-assess what is important and not getting so stressed out. I have lost over 10 kilos now in 3 months and reduced my waist by 4 inches.
I feel so much better and looking forward to losing the next 10 kilos. Anyone that wants to change their outlook and physique then give Anton a go.

4 weeks with Anton Hedges online personal training (anybody's PT) and I can already see a difference. Would highly recommend. I tried dieting for a couple of months before going down the P.T route, but can honestly say the results of P.T are better. It's like having a personal trainer with you all the time!!

Over halfway through the year already

How has 2025 treated you so far?

The other week we talked about how IF you create and stick to an energy deficit and do activities you ENJOY you will not only torch fat and manage your weight but you'll ALSO feel a lot better through focusing more on health than weight alone...

However, if you ALSO wanted to see some shape and tone to your in your body shape instead of being the exact same just lighter/smaller (and probably a bit saggy) you will need to incorporate some strength/resistance exercise...

Ask yourself, if/when you go the gym where do you see the people with the best bodies (pure vanity I know) it's not pounding away on the cardio equipment. You'll 'usually' find them in the free weight room, obviously not those guys with guts that's a different post.

Although you don't have use the the gym or that most common traditional bodybuilding approach - Do you need to bulk and get fatter before dropping then fat/weight NO and - you're not a BB or an elite athlete so you really don't need to train this way!

However, by just incorporating some regular resistance moves, we use body-weight, kettle/dumbbells etc for a more functional and longevity approach, you will discover that you'll not only look and be stronger, you'll carry less fat due to the fact that strength training can increase your resting metabolic rate, meaning you burn more calories even when you're not actively exercising. It's also empowering and why strong is sexy NOT skinny!๐Ÿ’ช

All this comes back to your CLARITY what you want, why, and more important what are you actually prepared to do or are you just drifting and winging it again without any direction, structure, or progress?
