I've been in this industry over 20 years so you can imagine, I've heard a LOT of excuses in my time, in fact back in the day I invented a few myself!

But the biggest one right now that people will use?

I'll wait until after Christmas

And if the majority were really honest they'd admit that they said the same last year

Bit like I'll do it tomorrow or next week right

Trouble is waiting around for the perfect time is just another form of..

Pressure to start with the all-or-nothing mindset

You know a HARDER road ahead

After spending the period indulging, late nights & lack of action

Then it's all super strict diets, massive action and gym for 5am - WHY - Just why?
