🎲 Welcome to... The Cube: Liberator Edition! 🧠💬

At our latest team meeting, we hit pause on the serious stuff and went full game show mode, recreating our very own version of The Cube. Each department cooked up a challenge, and we split into teams to battle for eternal glory (or at least bragging rights at lunch).

Was it competitive? Oh yes. There were balloon-knee relays, precision ball throws at questionable targets, and enough dramatic tension to rival a soap opera. Tears were shed - but only from laughing so hard we forgot what the actual rules were.

We’re proud to be a team that takes AAC support seriously… but not ourselves. Because sometimes the best way to build trust and teamwork is waddling across a room with a balloon between your knees while your colleague launches balls at a fabric golf-course. 🎈⛳

Because we know touch access isn’t the most accessible for all, Unity AAC can be used by individuals with a wide variety of access needs.

Included in the app are:

📚Heritage meets innovation with Unity AAC App 💡

Our recently released iOS app is the perfect blend of heritage and innovation. The app features Unity, the original core word vocabulary system used by countless individuals on dedicated communication devices.

The Unity vocabulary system originated in the 1980s with innovative linguist Bruce Baker. His work in hieroglyphics led him to develop an AAC language based on multi-meaning Minspeak® symbols to help individuals with disabilities say words more efficiently. Minspeak was derived from “minimum effort speech.” In partnering with Prentke Romich Company (PRC) co-founder Barry Romich, Unity launched as the first symbol-based AAC vocabulary system on communication devices.
