Special shout out to Lucy for the amazing work she does with our members 🙌🏻

Too many times in the past our members have been told to simply ‘rest’ or ‘stop exercising’ when they had a minor injury.

The partnership we have with Lucy allows our members to have a proper diagnosis and structure training with us around injuries 🙌🏻

It keeps members active and a lot of the time they can do rehab exercises etc in our sessions to solve the issue and not simply mask pain 👊🏻

She is amazing and I’m sure our members who see Lucy will agree!
