Matcha Vanilla Latte Shake made using your 1:1 Diet Vanilla Shake and a matcha sachet. It looks fancy, tastes amazing, and it’s still on plan.
Matcha Vanilla Latte Shake
Ingredients
• 1 sachet The 1:1 Diet Vanilla Shake
• 1 matcha sachet
• 200–250 ml cold water
• Ice cubes
Method
1️⃣ Add the Vanilla Shake and water into your shaker and mix well.
2️⃣ Fill a glass with ice and pour in the vanilla shake.
3️⃣ In a small cup mix the matcha powder with a little cold water until smooth.
4️⃣ Slowly pour the matcha over the shake to create the latte layered look.
5️⃣ Give it a gentle stir before drinking.
A gorgeous refreshing matcha latte style drink that still counts as your 1:1 Diet meal.
