12 weeks ago, it was Christmas. Doesn’t feel that long ago, right?
Well, in 12 weeks, it’ll be SUMMER ☀️

I lost exactly 3 stone in 12 weeks when I first started on plan following Step 2. I then went on to lose my 4th stone in a further 4 weeks and have been maintaining this for over 8 years! If I can do it (and trust me I didn’t think I could either) then so can you! 🙌🏼 Proof that you CAN lose weight and KEEP IT OFF!

✨4 stone lost in 16 weeks in 2021 ✨

"Following the premature arrival of my daughter in May 2020, my weight spiralled out of control. I was still medicated for post-partum hypertension a year after giving birth and was pre-diabetic. Food became my comfort during the trauma I had experienced.

By October 2021, I knew something needed to change—not just for me, but for my family. That’s when I found the 1:1 diet. In just 16 weeks, I achieved my goal, and I’ve never looked back!

The mental space the plan gave me helped me address my emotional struggles, while the support I received helped me slowly reintroduce food and learn how to deal with my triggers without the constant binge eating.

Now, 3 years later, I’ve maintained my weight loss completely diet-free!

If I can do it, so can you. 💪"

Transformation inspiration 🙌 Lynne has lost an amazing 2 stone 2.5lbs with The 1:1 Diet and only has 6lbs to go to get to her goal! 😍👏

"After ballooning up to a size 16 (I’m only 5ft), and realising those clothes were starting to feel tight on me whilst on holiday last summer, I decided enough was enough, I refused to buy a size 18!

I went on plan at the end of August 2024. I opted to go on Step 3 because I wasn’t in a rush to lose the weight and being a previous yo-yo dieter I wanted something that I could stick to long term. Something has just clicked in my brain since being on plan! I can’t explain it, my mindset around food has totally changed, I’m making much better decisions. I am honestly finding it easy to stick to! After realising how amazing this plan was, I decided to become a Consultant - it’s changed my life and I really want to shout about that and help others do the same!

I am still on plan with only 6lb to go until I get to my goal weight."

Life is crazy.
It can be crazy fun, exciting, surprising and beautiful.

You name it.

And it can also be crazy challenging, scary, stressful, overwhelming etc.

And we humans are an expression of life itself. But when life throws curveballs. Many of us are like: “Damn... this sh*t is hard. Maybe I should quit and do something else instead?”

And then you give up on your dream.
You simply let go. And deny yourself the experience of something FABULOUS.

Write down your reason - why do you want to lose weight?

When you put pen to paper it's much more powerful than just thinking about it! ⁣ ⁣

𝗜𝗧'𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚⁣
Plan your products, plan for food and recipes and keep track of your water intake (2.25 litres of water a day is a must!).

Build in some gentle exercise, set yourself a day/time/route and enjoy getting outside for a walk. Small achievable goals to start with, get moving you'll feel great! 🚶‍♀️⁣ ⁣
